Refund Policy
- We provide a full refund if you receive a negative assessment, but there are some conditions to keep in mind. A complete refund will be granted only if the negative feedback stems from flaws in our documentation or services. If the negative assessment arises from issues on the client's side, we cannot offer a refund.
- At CDR Skill Assessment, we frequently deal with challenging situations where clients have faced bans or rejections in the past. In these cases, if a client does not share clear information regarding their previous application or fails to adhere to our advice during the submission and feedback phases, we will not be able to issue a refund.
- If you choose to cancel your order during the process for personal reasons, no refund will be provided for the payments already made.
- Once you place your order, you'll get a confirmation email that includes our refund policies. This email will explain the specific conditions that determine your eligibility for a refund.
